Lost Ragas was formed in 2013 by Matt Walker and Shane Reilly . Long story short , Shane called Matt to join Tex Perkins And The Band Of Gold after the guitar chair became vacant. The two got on like a house on fire which lead to Matt roping in Shane along with Roger and Simon to tour his then solo album. This entity of untamable vagrants had a chemistry of it’s own. Matt and Shane had already been writing in hotel rooms and jamming tunes at soundchecks on tour with Tex so it seemed logical to bring the tunes to what was now Lost Ragas and the rest is history. Lost Ragas have since released three critically acclaimed albums.
